I think second hand XenForo software is nearly impossible now that the forum software is connected by IP-address.
Besides that you need an account with XenForo - and if you have not bought XenForo yourself, de upgrade download option probably will not be available.

That is incorrect.

Customers are still welcome to sell their licenses if they are eligible to and the whole process should be managed through us so we can transfer the license into the destination user’s account (either new or existing).

I dont think its connected by IP address, isnt it just connected by domain name?

The board URL in the customer account can be edited at any time but we do log and flag to the software if that URL doesn’t match the board URL configured in the admin CP.
