I have a xenforo license + Resource Manager (new costs 225usd)
I ask 180 euros, including full renewal of 1 year
I have to renew it to send it to you, but the renewal is only 90 usd approx (in Spain it costs 84 euros, which would only recover 96 euros of the total invested) which would give you 1 extra year of license.
And as an added bonus:
