What do you use to check your sites speed?

I noticed my site seems to be running slowly tonite and it got me wondering what other people use...

Services testing how your website performs actually test the server's performance, but your users might experience slow loading even though your installation is reported to perform incredibly fast.
"Is this slow for you" gives a different answer depending on who answers. Web services running off high performance cloud stacks naturally test for different criterias than a human using browsers. Visitors will naturally perceive slowdowns if the server itself runs slow, but the opposite doesnt hold true - users can face a poor experience from a fast server/website (from excessive 3rd-party scripts and ressources, to long distance/too many hops).
