I’m genuinely surprised by this, I thought only the RP scene still did the 88x31 affiliate banners gig and that the rest of the forum world abandoned them a decade ago... I don’t remember seeing these banners anywhere else in that time.

I still have a pretty large list of affiliated sites that i frequent, and the best way to display them on my site is via a 88x31 banner reel. Doesn't put them too "in your face" but still gives them their own spot on the site.

I built 88x31 affiliate support directly into my forum software for my niche - but I'm just surprised that anyone outside the RP scene is doing it. I thought it went out of fashion like a decade ago.
