Anyone know how the hell to skin this thing? I am far from being a code guy, and have zero interest in getting into the nitty gritty of css etc.. Yet, I cannot find any "market" for skins/themes...

All css style changes in admin panel. Check their forums for samples and how-to threads.

admin panel then customize and you can change your colors there and also change css, I have customized my set up quite a lot its easy once you know where everything is..

Yeah - not for me. Hopefully in future version they open it up to "templates"
