I just started with Siteground.
Technically they seem to be OK and on to things.
But the support SUCKS
I think they have just changed their website layout so that it is impossible to find Live Chat or lodge a support ticket.
Yet everone on Trust Pilot says their support is great!
I did manage to get to live chat and got good help two days ago
But I cannot find them again
Do anyone know how to get to a ticket or live chat exactly as of now?

I have been logging in for the last 3 days.
There is no mention of Live Chat or tickets on their site.

Thanks very much for that.
I clicked on that link and it said you must be logged in, so I logged in and saw my Instials come up DG.
Then when I try the link again I get Error 404 Not Found.
(when did you try it?)
I wonder if there is some problem with my account?
I am able to upload files to my site using my Core FTP program

If you scroll down to the footer the contact us is there, try logging in then go to the main page footer and see if it works.

I have been doing that for the last 2 days, nearly 24/7, I have tried everything
I did get to a chat person 2 days ago, but its not there now.
No Support tickets either.
yet I log in OK.
And can go to my files in Siteground

Do they have to verify email? If so, you may have accidentally skipped that when registering.

I get support from them occassionally
When I get it its ok
But they have no email
No phone support avialable outside the UK or the USA.

And today, I upgraded to a new plan
And there was a problem with the bank verification payment system -
And they have locked my account competely

Threatening to close my account in 24 hours If I dont verify - yet I cant!
Who do they think they are!
And I have a forum with 600 members on it.!

Best support, but I think a bit expensive. Also, they did a recent panel aspect change that, for me at least, is a bit buggy.

Anyway, I recommend it if you want the best support for a big project.

Billing by bandwidth is fine, but not by "visitors" - that's a ripoff.

This and the fancy premium WordPress hosts are never worth using.

Find yourself a decent hosting company that has a better billing strategy.
