I would really change the forum markers into something more unique. It doesn't fit in with the rest of your theme.

Yep, just had to use the crawler converter off of phpBB's website, then transferred it over to MyBB. I am seriously loving it right now.

I would get rid of the big yellow bar in the middle of the page that asks you to register its annoying. If you'd like to keep it at least make it closeable so it can be removed, and not block half the forum off.
i think its more of a deterrent to guests rather than convincing them to register. As a guest if i wasn't looking for mybbplugins i would just hit the x and look elsewhere.

Ah ! Yes brad, the first post was deleted, then I re-posted the post above.
The yellow bar doesn't seems to be annoying, it's height I think is not big issue. Actually we enforces our visitors to " login " to download all our stuff / plugins which are avaiable their for free.

Looks nice! One thing I would suggest though is making a matte background instead of the plain grey one you have now. My eyes (and some of my friends have the same problem) keep on drifting off to the side when forums and websites have plain color backgrounds. Besides, matte looks cooler anyways.

the only thing that really stands out is the fact that the domain seems to have nothing to do with the forum that could put off some potential members.
The only other thing i can suggest is to get some more content added and fill the forums up a bit.

I edited the theme and do some of the maintenance. I also helped the owner transition to MyBB from Zetaboards.
