I'm getting one optimisation found with "Reduce outbound links to under 100 (but have at least 2)." for the homepage but I don't see no outbound links anywhere?

Actually looking at the source there's a few links, assuming they count for this, https://certify-js.alexametrics.com/atrk.js, https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-129594134-1, https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js, sorry if I am missing the point of your question though! ;)
No need to apologise! Thank you for taking the time to reply! Someone had already answered me over at XenForo with the following (for anyone else who's concerned):
You got a lot of outbound link on this page, as with every XenForo page.
Every link to somewhere is an outboud link, it does't matter if it's external (eg. to another website) or internal.

Hello,

What is telling you to reduce outbound links?
The root/home page only has a few, but step in a few levels and there are 100's for sure.
You can always apply the nofollow attribute to tell search engines to ignore them.

Also your quote.. that isn't right
outbound links are the same thing as external links.. links away from your site.
I would not classify internal links as outbound.
Outbound links are links that are meant to take you elsewhere. These are links that are going to direct you to another specific webpage or website altogether. Most, if not all, websites have outbound links. Two sides of a coin. There are two (2) kinds of outbound links

Here is a snippit of some outbound links found on your site.

I can attach a spreadsheet of all external links and site depth if it helps.

Hi there,

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I did think that but some person over at XenForo replied with the above quote which confused me. But you are right, outbound links are external links found on a website. Anyway...

The On-Page Seo Checker tool on Alexa.com helps analyse pages and find optimisations. One of the things I could improve on, according to this tool, is the reduction of outbound links to under 100 (but have at least 2). This is for my homepage (joyfreak.com). No idea how it can be reduced because looking at the webpage, there aren't any external links, other than maybe the ads by google that could be one.

Are there any SEO tools which tell you what the outbound links may be?

Not that I know of. Brandon kindly shared a list of it above but I don't see where they are exactly coming from and how they can be coming from the forum_list when there aren't any visible outbound links.
