Piwik is now on Discourse

Just got an email from Piwik, and one of the things that was in it that they moved to Discourse. Not really sure what to think. With that said, I wish then the best of luck with it

Jeff and the team at Discourse are doing an amazing job at getting a lot of "big" companies / opensource projects to move to Discourse.

Look at the list of folks running it already, which hasn't been updated in awhile.

It keeps growing on me, minus the aspect of Docker and scale. It certainly isn't meant for the cpanel type of hosting customer, it requires a pretty vast technical knowledge to run and operate it. Really easy to install, one line actually, however trying to fix things and scale things requires a lot of cli/linux/docker knowledge.

Mozilla just gave them a $25K grant for certain email features to be developed, which sounds pretty interesting. http://blog.discourse.org/2015/12/discourse-selected-for-mozilla-open-source-support-program/
