Owners forum sale, need advice

Hello,
I am in process of selling my a forum that I have created which is a forum that deals with a certain company. The company is working to block the sale due to my profiting from their trademarked name as part of the URL. the url is XXXXXXXXXowners.com.

Does anyone have guidance concerning this type of sale?

Well, I do with domain trademarks a bit

Joeychgo, do you have any experience with something like companynameforum.com or companynameowners.com, and how you handle trademark infractions? Is this settled case law, do you know?

There are fair use allowances for domains. For example. Fordforums.com
