JavaScript Optimize Javascript at Wordpress Template

Hello,

I used a template named "Real Homes" for Wordpress in my website https://www.lucasfroeserealestate.com/ (take a look), but now i want to optimize the SEO and there is a lot of css and javascript. Some ideas for how to do it?? (I use Yoast SEO and WPRocket for optimization, and I have reduced some javascript code to faster load from the homepage).

Upload the zip file and unzip it in the wp content plugins directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Go to Settings Autoptimize and enable the options you want. Generally this means “Optimize HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript”.
