I think support is a serious concern too. The MyBB devs are great (especially since the inactive ones were booted last year), but the majority of the support team is usually ineffective. The Community Team is useless too.
We're always accepting people, they just have to apply to join
Regarding the community team, most of what they do is done inside the private inquiries forum, where they handle queries about bans, warnings, etc. they're basically more diplomatic than some of the developers and try to work things out with other members.
