There are no reliable servers in India. Unless you're paying in lakhs to have everything of your own. You should look into Singapore servers as they have really good latency for Indians.

Can I ask why you are interested in buying India based hosting? I mean USA and UK providers are more reliable and secure as compared to others. Have you tried Godaddy, NameCheap etc?
