Requirements:
Atleast 20 GB to 30 GB Storage
RAM Atleast 2 to 3 GB
Traffic Atleast 2 to 3 TB per month
Linux OS
CPanel/WHM required
Billing prference = monthly initially.
Data Center location = USA
Sites will run forum based software and wordpress
Minimum 3-4 unique ip address

Servers will be upgraded every 3 to 6 months, so flexibility and scalability in upgrades is a must.

Given that a cPanel licence starts at $15 a month and if you’re on a VPS or better pretty much all the providers want you to bring your own cPanel installation… I think the best you’re going to do is a 2GB Linode with cPanel Solo for your budget.

Alternatively go to someone like Crocweb and use their reseller hosting packages.

Cpanel was one of the prime requirement for time being as old backup was compiled using cpanel..
For now, we have settled properly and will soon change (with or without cpanel).
