I've never heard of this forum software (Web Wiz)

Its ASP based software. (Microsoft servers)

I used it until 2005 when my board was getting too big for it and I moved it to vbulletin 3. That move was a massive improvement. In 2017 I moved my big board to XenForo.
So my experience is pretty outdated. Oddly enough it doesn't look very different compared to 15 years ago. I would not consider WWF for any project.

It's on a program I was researching's website. It's their main forum even used today.

I've used it from the user-end of it back when the old GameShark forums switched to it, before they moved to IPS and inevitably shut down not long after. Wasn't a fan of WebWhiz.

I love this....It's if vBulletin 3 and SMF had a baby...where has this been?

And they are still stuck in the early 2000s from the look of it lol Still. . . nice to see boards like that still around.
