How is this possible? I’ve just asked on IPB and told I can’t as it part of the agreement. I feel it grossly unfair and sure it wasn’t something that was made obvious when I bought the licence years ago.

It's not possible, it never happened like i though.

It’s possible if your licence is old enough, yours isn’t old enough to have been a product. You bought a subscription, it isn’t transferable, as per the terms and conditions.

No it wasn’t I bought this pre 2010. IPB have the screen grab on the exact date. I can’t access that old email now but they have it as they honoured the licence when their system was saying I had no licence.

Just to clarify.

I had extenuating circumstances which you will never know about (trust me genuine) and hope never happens to you

So thanks to all people who complained to Lindy and IPS this is not for sale now (hope that makes you feel happier)
