Some people won't think of it as fun, but I go for a run. I'm really big into my running, and try and get out at least 4 times a week.

I try and do the same, 10K every other day although in my case it's more of a jog than a run these days but definitely fun

Personal use: Linux Mint. I've switched all my laptops at home to Mint 19. I'm only running a single Windows 10 install for a few limited music features I need.

For server use, CentOS and RHEL as that's what I work with day in and day out.

Not specifically Centminmod, the company I work for use CentOS and RHEL for all our deployments.

Something a little different, which requires a bit of planning and thought. Nothing wrong with cookie cutter requests, but it's nice doing something a little different.
