How to remove these two " from showing!

I've got two " which are showing up, and I can't work out why! Anyone able to see where I have gone wrong in the code?

Anyidea what the best way of doing a space is without the " showing up?, I'm guessing

You don't need a space.

There will be a natural space after the end of the tag and before the rest of the wording.
