How much to pay per post on my forum?

Hello newbie here. I just started my forum and it is still empty lol so I thought I'd find someone to post as I’m not that good enough to start making a post myself. So I came up with this idea to offer my guest to join and get paid to post. But how much should I pay? I’m thinking of paying $.20 per thread/reply. Is that good?

Save money, and do exhange posts.

This would be both recognizable (as paid content) and unsustainable.

And, the minute you stop paying/they stop posting, your activity level crashes.
