How do i remove adsense from lostpw?

My google adsense account is suspended because it is showing ads on the password recovery page (lostpw). How do I prevent ads from appearing on this page?

VB's ad management settings allow you to specify the ad showing up on content pages only.

Awesome to hear his info worked! Did you have to send in to google a form saying you'd fixed it? And then they turned it back on? how long did this take?
