Much of what is in those threads is basic forum SEO, not specific to vBulletin.

You need to start with some basic reading on search engines... something like SEOBook.

WTF i already fully get Seo but what are site maps
No. You don't. I took a look at your forum last night and clearly you don't.

If you read Basic forum SEO: Start with the simple things, you clearly didn't apply the advice there. Your pages have a lot of graphics and precious little useful content to index and THAT is one of the reasons you don't rank well.

As for sitemaps, see [ame="http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLJ,GGLJ:2006-29,GGLJ:en&q=sitemap"]sitemap - Google Search[/ame]

In addition to writing articles / content for your own forum, it's a good idea to write relevant articles as "guest posts" on related blogs in your niche. These provide natural links back to your forum and a bit of exposure.

You can also do backlink checks on your competitors' forums, or simple Google search to get ideas of where and how you can market your site.
