Sorry sir
But 0800 numbers are no use if you do not live in the UK or the USA
I am trying to upgrade my account - paying them money
And they have locked me out
And there is No way I can get a support ticket, or an email

try and change your IP address somehow, then set up a new account or go through support and create a ticket if you can and then let them know about the issues you are having with the other account.

good luck, let us know how you get on.

Thanks guy for all you help
I finally was allowed to try my phone authenticion again, and I my mobile number correctly this time!

But it was very upsetting that they shut me out completely for 6 hours.
I was going round in circles thinking about my new forum with 600 members.

Have you considered to take your business elsewhere? That is no way to treat a paying customer imo.

Yes I have.
But, Their up time has been good, and their technical support is good.
But since I upgraded to their cloud service (paying them more) they have put a big organge sign up on me saying that I use too much support.
One problem is finding a good host, (there are so many of them) and so many opinions.
Annother is that it is a big job (and lots of stress to move to a new one)
Eg moving DNS pointers, moving email server and the time it takes to do this. My forum might be out of action for 2 days.
(and for personal reasons, I like where they are based, and where their closest server is to me - ie not in my home country, but not too far away)

What kinds of questions are you asking them? Questions about their specific hosting, or seeking general Linux, php, apache, mysql and web serving answers?

Mostly about email servers, and domain names, what plan to be on
My forum was growing very fast.
I am not the only one who has had the big sign they put up.
They assure me I can always get support If the porblems is on their side.
But the message is very poor pr.
Now I am trying to tidy things up I noticed my error log was very long.
So I asked them about it, and they said they were not really web host errors.
Most of the errors seems to be from people looking for scripts or word press files. And I do not have and have never had word press.
This is why I am trying to ban access to other countries as my site is really just for New Zealand, although I do have a couple of members from Australia and the USA.

There are many New Zealanders abroad. You'll be denying them access to your popular site :(
