Graphics dimensions YT, Twitter etc

I was looking at graphics dimensions for YT, Twitter etc but i get different sizes when i do a search on it. Does anyone know what the correct sizes are?

Twitter is 1500 x 500 though you have your safe areas
YouTube is 2560 x 1440 though you have safe areas again for this
