I'm somewhat reluctant to admit this, but it got so bad for me that I no longer watch any news on TV.

I used to keep my living room TV tuned to FOX News 24 hours a day unless I wanted to watch another program or Comcast OnDemand. For the past several weeks - the TV has remained off! I can barely stand to watch news programming now. It's all gloom and doom
