Facebook Image Help

I have always heard that it is a good idea to use Facebook as a marketing tool for a forum. So I created a page but have a question surrounding posting links to threads on my forum. Normally when you post a link on Facebook it will grab an image out of the link destination and post it up as a header in the Facebook post. However this does not seem to be happening with my setup and the Facebook post ends up like below.Has anyone got an idea why it is doing this?

Facebok can't find an image - best you tell it where it is. FB help should be able to help you find the exact code to put in your page.
On mine, it's:
