CPU being put in overuse at 100% with upgrade?

Anyone else notice when they've done the 4+ upgrades the CPU has gone up? But we are way under limit on broadband, and disc I/O so idk how we are maxing that out. What was your solution to bring down CPU/ main cause? I have seen others on the IPB community complain about this issue but haven't seen it resolved.

Do you have background tasks running still? These can be quite intense while they rebuild posts. Etc.
