What server stack would you advise for WooCommerce?

eva2000 is centminmod a logical choice for Woocommerce?

Centmin Mod should give you great results with WooCommerce. It's been a while since I used Centmin Mod with WC, but I don't see how anything has changed. I also recommend taking a look at OLS + Percona.

I haven't used woocommerce myself, but since it's part of wordpress setup, Centmin Mod123.09beta01 and newer's wordpress auto installer should give you a good starting optimised based to work with. See Differences between Wordpress regular install vs centmin.sh menu option 22 install
