Any idea who makes this style?

I haven't seen this one before, and then stumbled across it twice this weekend. It's seriously modified. I kind of like parts of it, and don't like other parts. Either way, I'm impressed with how much xF can be "re-skinned".

The first one is running Discourse 1.5.0.beta13b apparently - nothing to do with XenForo.

So is the second one. Time for a thread move.
