4.5 Notification Improvements

I get a notification! You get a notification! Everyone gets a notification! (Unless you turn them off)

As we get ready for the release our mobile app, we've reworked notification settings to reduce confusion and allow mobile app notifications to be chosen. Along with this, we also snuck in a few other tweaks.

This, right here, is the turning point.

I know... The app was announced months ago.

But it's these continual refinements - no matter how small - with an app to consider and influence them that will mark the next generation of communities when we look back in a few years.


Here's hoping other script developers gain encouragement and motivation from this.

Will the app be smart enough to only ping some notifications to your phone if you’re idle on desktop, kind of like slack and discord?
