webhosting

I want to start a new forum. I was looking at IPS and I liked it. I came across vB 5 Cloud and the prices are affordable. Does any of you use vB 5 Cloud, what are your experiences? Is vB 5 now actually stable?

Friends, I'm frustrated here. I need to drive traffic to my webhosting website. Currently on a very very low budget. Is there any other way to do this? Its a local host.

I'm not sure if this is the best forum for this, you can of course move it. But I would like to know if TAZ members think it is best to have your web-hostings, domain name and email server all with the same company. I am thinking from the point of view of ease of set up and maybe moving hosts...
