I've been with Hawkhost on and off for about 10 years now, that isn't due to not being happy with the service though, it was due to financial issues and not being able to run a site for a little while. The service and support Hawkhost provides is fantastic and their 'downtime' if you can even call it that, is so minimal and few and far between that when there is 'downtime' it doesn't feel like a big deal at all because you know they'll be back up and running in no time at all. Fantastic reliable host at affordable pricing!

I'm generally not a lenient reviewer, but HawkHost earns their 5 stars. When I first launched my forum I used Host Gator and they were "fine" no major complaints. Then I got lured to another company based on price, I can't even recall their name correctly so I won't even try, but you get what you pay for. Then came HawkHost and I haven't looked back.

Their prices are really good, sure you will be able to find better.
Their support is excellent, both in quality of their support and responsiveness.

I don't know what else to say but I plan on staying with these guys for the long haul.

I've been with Hawk since early 2011, always had great support, and Brian (one of the head dudes) always goes out of his way to help me. They give me a heavy discount because of my loyalty toward them, their site contains all control related information items and cPanel is loaded.

There's a section showing all server status and if there's ever going to be a downtime for maintenance they email you days ahead, and also post it on the site, all crucial software is keep up to date if it looks lengthy they flawlessly move you to the next nearest server, then back to your original server if so desired. There's also a small grace period if your payment due date falls on some weird day of the month, and if it looks like your bill paying (happy days are here again :whistle:) they will be more than happy to adjust your payment schedule.
