According to his site http://13411-111.com/ , on Nov 30, he had a million seconds left until he walked out of prison/horticulture camp. That equates to roughly 12 days.

I consider myself a pro-law sort of person but I got to say I lean more in favoring Shawn in this case. Glad he is almost a free man

I've read a bit about his case - and it seems complete horsepoo. IMO it seems he was setup to win - and when he started winning - the powers that be at eBay came down on him with a bogus case. From what I've read - it seems that he decided to plea guilty not only as a means of stopping the madness, but also because he had dabbled in what have been called grey areas. Of course- my interpretation as someone not schooled in law, may be off a bit. Yeah I read up on it... it seems like the people basically pushing and pushing him to continue (even as he told them he didn't want to anymore) were the real jerks here... He finally got out and then the big boys up top discovered the secret area 51 of ebay down below and whistle blew a sissy fit until he had to pay. I feel sorry for him, but from what I have read, he isn't that bothered by it all. Really, what does he lose? The right the vote? Who is worth voting for anymore these days?
