It's not like I enjoy to point this out to you because it's fact. I just merely think the drama can be picked up in here and produce a hard fact at the same time and possibly have this well going to page 20.

I don't think it can really be laid at his door. He's not responsible for what members come and post Another way of looking at it is that TAZ is easygoing enough to allow people to go off on tangents in threads (to a point) and explore all manner of discussions. I don't think it'd look too good if TAZ Staff went around deleting all posts that were deemed non-beneficial, do you?

Absolutely, although censoring isn't the way to go. Though what I'm saying old taz had threads with beneficial content, that is unrivaled by todays standards and if we are comparing todays standards with standards from say 3 years back you just cannot compare. If indeed we are comparing then you only have to look at the inactivity, lack of posts (and I'm speaking quality posting). Not the jibber jabber replying to make a forum look active but top notch quality content that was associated with taz.

Now, to argue my point further, Inactive staff. An eyesore of a style which is incomplete. Graphics which are visually to large or animated which doesn't improve anybodies browsing experience is another part of the problem.

I could go on all day, not as a moan and groan but stating hard truths to why TAZ has slumped to what it has done today. Though, I won't because I know sandy cannot be happy with it and he doesn't need me saying when he knows already the downward spiral TAZ is going.

Anyway. As a small suggestion possibly replace some of the lingering default graphics seeing as this thread is graphic related.

I hear you though... some things you've commented on are already being dealt with - this thread isn't really the place to discuss those particular things, though, so I'm not going to go into detail on that score.

Graphics - it's a bugbear I have too, which you are more than aware of LOL unfortunately, dealing with that issue is a time-related thing and low down on the list of importance. I know you're going to rant about that... but at the moment generating more quality content is more important than the few graphics only the picky ones (you, me, Jacquii, etc) notice

Why don't you write a few graphic tuturials and post them... *smirks*

My thoughts on the original post. I like Flash and animated parts in sites, just not on forums.
