Forum Software with Suggestion Voting?

I am poking my nose into a project that requires a "suggestion voting" system for one particular part of it. I have been looking a little, but haven't managed to find much on which forum softwares may have this either built in, or readily available as a plugin. Anyone able to point me in a good direction?

I did take a look at Invision's, but the questions format just seems to let you vote on replies to a topic/thread, while I was looking for the ability to vote on the whole topic. Is that an option, however?

Yes, you can vote on the topics / questions themselves.

Thank you - I played around with my demo a little more and was able to see how the votes played out. I'm not sure if it's exactly what I'm looking for, but I'll keep it in mind when I make my decision ^^ Thanks again!
