It is difficult, if you want the buyer to take all the risk in that kind of transaction and your risk is at zero by the way

Honestly - these sorts of transactions are difficult, because you do have to have some semblance of trust that everything is copacetic and on the up-and-up.
There have been a few shady deals in the past - but if you both do your due diligence - I'm sure you can work out something...

Unfortunately, I do not need the RM at all and will probably delete it at the time when i will renew the licence.

It only adds costs for the renewal fee without benefit for me. I rather spend that 15$ each year on something else.

I need to purchase an XFRM license myself tbh.
I wonder - is there any way to transfer XF premium add-ons like you can transfer the actual XF license? If yes - I'd be interested in buying it from you.

No. Unfortunately Xenforo does not allow this.

You also have to delete RM from the XF licence in your customer area, if you do not want to pay for the RM renewal fee. Once deleted, there is no way to get it back i.e. 2 years later. You need then to purchase a new RM licence for that XF licence.

Same goes for Media gallery of Xenforo.

This is why it is hard to sell here XF with RM or XG attached for a higher price. There is only downside for the buyer if he does not need it.
