What am I expecting from you

I am looking for a team to bring the forum back to life in a short period of time. So on top of the usual stuffs such as cleaning spam and other tasks, I am looking for people who are able to actively participate and promote the forum. I am not talking about spamming on other forums now, but to put a link on your signiture on other forum, and telling your friends about us.

For moderators:

- Able to actively participate in the forum
- Past experience working as moderators
- Able to work in a team environment
- Fair judgement

Additional requirements for super moderators:

- Able to actively promote the forum
- Creatity
- Project planning and coordinating skills
- Mangement and leadership skills
- Past experience working as a supermoderator

Workflow

You will immediately realize that working with us is completely different from other forums. We will be using an online project management tool(more specifically Basecamp, You can check it out at http://www.basecamphq.com/) I am a big believer in setting up projects and goals and breaking them down into small and tangible tasks. So if you are ready to work in an exciting team environment, then this is a big + for you!

Compensation

Due to the nature of the website, there will definitely be future revenues for you. However, you will get paid right now!
When future revenue increases, both moderator and super moderators will get pay raises.

Super moderators: $50/month (more depends on future revenue)
Moderators: Unpaid (more depends on future revenue)

Oh.. that's probably why few are responding. Yes, If you are hired as a super moderator, you will get paid immediately. Whether you are getting paid is determined by whether you are doing the job, not the revenue. The revenue increases your compensation later on.
